Derri\u00e8re ce projet, il y a\u00a0Nicolas Perrin,\u00a0ancien \u00e9b\u00e9niste passionn\u00e9 par le travail du vivant, qui a parcouru la France et la Suisse pendant sept ans pour se former aupr\u00e8s de vignerons engag\u00e9s.
